Project Management is the application of methods, tools, and techniques to achieve new capabilities, meet demands, respond to organizational changes, or realize a new opportunity.

In this two‑day course, attendees will be introduced to the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application and will learn to efficiently manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

Topics include:

Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management

During this two-day interactive training course, students access the ServiceNow platform in their own student instance, which is a “safe sandbox” loaded with demo and test data.

The course follows a fictitious company and their journey as they work within ServiceNow’s Project Portfolio Management application.

The class features lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, and extensive hands-on practice completed through a variety of lab exercises.
