Description:
In this course students learn commonly used techniques to insert and maintain master data. Data management is
completed using the interactive UCM interface and web services. Student get hands-on experience performing both
initial batch and continuing incremental data loads into Siebel UCM, matching, cleansing, and monitoring master
account and contact data. The interactive user interface uses Siebel Open UI.
