This Taleo (TEE): Taleo ACE Recruiter (TAR) training is
driven through practical scenarios to optimize the use of the
Recruiting Center. You'll receive a well-rounded and
in-depth understanding of the system, while exploring options
especially geared toward maximum value and efficiency.
This course is appropriate for Oracle Cloud deployments.
Learn To:
Assist a new hiring manager with creating a requisition.
Reach out to candidates via posting and sourcing options.
Create a candidate offer via offer management features.
Participate in group discussions to help challenge
thoughtful use of the system.
Deliver quick counts for the staffing manager with
reporting.

University instructors will deep dive into the most
common tasks with the greatest value to the recruiting process.
Earning the ACE Designation
Once all prerequisite courses have been completed, you'll
then be able to attend the TAR course. You then must pass a
scored assessment at the end of the course to receive the
ACE designation. A final score of 75% must be attained to
earn an ACE designation.
